"Chocolate Fudge in a Snap"

(Makes about 2 pounds)

For this recipe, you will need:

· 1½ cups of sugar
· 1 can (6oz.) of evaporated milk
· ½ cup of butter
· ¼ teaspoon of salt
· 32 marshmallows
· ¼ cup of water
· 1 package (12oz.) of semi-sweet chocolate chips

1) In a large saucepan, combine sugar, milk, butter and salt.

2) Over medium heat, heat to a boil; continue cooking for about 8 minutes, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens slightly.

3) Add marshmallows and stir in water; stir until marshmallows are melted.

4) Remove from heat; stir in chocolate chips.

5) Spread evenly into 9-inch square pan, lined with wax paper.

6) Chill for 3 hours or until firm.

7) Turn fudge onto cutting board; peel off paper and cut into squares.

8) Share with your friends and family!
