For this recipe, you will need:
· Two dozen medium-size frog legs
· Fresh garlic
· Lemon juice
· Dry white wine
1) Roll frog legs in flour and sauté them in butter until light brown.
3) Add chopped garlic, parsley, lemon juice, and half a glass of dry white wine.
4) Simmer in a deep pan for 10 minutes and serve.
